Welcome to the Footsteps Before and After School Club Information Page
If you would like your child to attend Footsteps this academic year:
- Please email Footsteps at footsteps@olc.solihull.sch.uk giving your child's details and class and the sessions you would like to request.
- An online form will be emailed to all parents in the summer term for applications for a place at Footsteps in September 2025.
iPAL
Footsteps uses a website called iPAL to make bookings for childcare at Footsteps. iPAL also sends out monthly invoices to registered parents whose children attend Footsteps. For you to access your iPAL account and view the balance on your account please follow the link below and follow the login process. You can now make payment directly on iPAL by card, and if you would like to make a booking, you need to email the Footsteps Manager and request a place for your child.
Tax Free Childcare
Please visit the Government Tax Free Childcare website to check your eligibility/apply for Tax Free Childcare:
*You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year).
If you’ve already registered, you can sign in to your childcare account.
If you get Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider.
You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 15 or 30 hours free childcare if you’re eligible for both.
