Charitable Outreach and Vocations

At Our Lady of Compassion, we believe that living out our faith means responding to the needs of others with compassion, generosity and love. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus and our mission "To Live as Jesus Taught Us", we encourage our children to recognise their responsibility to serve those in need and make a positive difference in the world around them.

Through charitable fundraising, volunteering and acts of service, our pupils learn the importance of social justice, human dignity and caring for our global family. These experiences help our children develop empathy, gratitude and a commitment to the common good, while putting their faith into action.

Working in partnership with our families, parish and wider community, we support a range of local, national and international causes throughout the year. Through these opportunities, our children grow as compassionate, responsible citizens who understand that even small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact.

Below are just a few examples of the charitable and outreach initiatives that form an important part of life at Our Lady of Compassion.

Our gifts are ready for those in need and are then transported to St. Chad's Sanctuary in Birmingham.
