Ordering and Paying for School Meals

From 2nd November 2025, we moved to a new, easy-to-use school meal ordering system called Cypad, available through ParentPay.

Here’s what you need to know:

• All meals need to be ordered and paid for in advance using ParentPay. This includes Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2) and meals for Pupil Premium children.
• You can order, change, or cancel meals up until 8:00am on the day. If your child is off sick, you can cancel their meal easily.
• If your child is not in school for registration, any pre-booked meals will be automatically cancelled, so you will not be charged.

Cost of School Meals (from 1st November 2025)

• KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) meals: £2.75 per meal
• Reception (FS2), Year 1, and Year 2: FREE (Universal Infant Free School Meals)
• Nursery: £2 per meal

It is really important to us that your child's allergies are managed well.  Aspens Services Ltd will work closely with parents to ensure all allergy information is captured and managed.  Please complete the allergy information form asap and return it to your child's school.  For more information, see Aspens' letter.
